Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how paid subscriptions work on the Levia web service (the "Service"), operated by The Heavy Apps Inc. They form part of our Terms of Service. Specific plans, prices, trial and promotional conditions, and billing periods are always displayed at checkout before you pay, and those terms apply to your purchase.

1. Subscription Plans

Levia offers auto-renewing subscriptions that give access to paid features of the Service, such as voice practice, scoring, and situation coaching. Plans may differ in billing period and may include a trial period, an introductory price, or a promotional price for an initial period, after which the subscription renews at the standard price shown at checkout. We may change the available plans, billing periods, promotional offers, and what each plan includes from time to time.

2. Billing and Payment

• All purchases are made directly through our website, and payment is charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe;
• Levia is not sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and app store billing does not apply;
• Prices may vary by region, plan, and promotional offers, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same duration, and at the standard price shown at checkout or then in effect, until cancelled. If your plan begins with a trial or promotional period, the first renewal charge occurs when that period ends. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time as described in Section 5.

4. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

• Some plans may include a trial period, a paid trial, an introductory price, or a promotional price for an initial billing period. The duration, price, and conditions of any trial or offer are shown before you subscribe;
• If you do not cancel before the end of the trial or promotional period, the subscription converts automatically to a standard paid subscription and your payment method is charged the amount shown at checkout;
• Trials and introductory offers may be limited to one per user and may not be combined with other offers.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. To cancel, use the account or manage-subscription section of the Service, or contact us at support@leviachat.org. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date. Closing your browser or ceasing to use the Service does not cancel a subscription.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. For existing subscribers, price changes apply no earlier than the next billing period, and we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Changes to Features

We continuously develop the Service and may add, modify, or remove features included in a subscription, provided that changes do not materially reduce the core value of the plan during a paid period. Where a material change is made, we will provide notice and, where required, options consistent with applicable law.

8. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, additional notice within the Service. Continued use of a subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
